Manager, Administration

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee HR and administrative operations across construction projects in Makkah. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and solid experience in construction sites and project-based workforce management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee administrative and HR activities across construction project sites in Makkah.Manage day-to-day site administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance, leave, accommodation, transportation, and other HR services for project personnel.Act as the main coordination point between project sites, Head Office, HR, and Administration.Maintain accurate employee and project administrative records and ensure timely reporting.Support workforce mobilization, demobilization, and manpower requirements across construction projects.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor requirements.Coordinate with site management regarding employee relations, disciplinary matters, and administrative issues.Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective delivery of HR and administrative support services.Monitor site facilities, accommodation, transportation, office services, and other administrative requirements.Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for project and management review.Support project management in resolving HR, personnel, and administrative challenges.Ensure proper documentation and coordination with relevant government and external entities, when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.Previous experience in construction companies and construction project sites is required.Strong knowledge of site administration and HR operations.Experience supporting and managing project-based workforces.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.Makkah-based or willing to work in Makkah.
