Nurse Manager – Ambulatory Surgery Center - Orlando, FLAre you an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center nursing leader ready to take ownership of clinical operations and help lead a high-performing surgical team?Lakeside Surgery Center, part of Ascend Vision Partners, is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager / Administrator to lead the daily operations of our AHCA-accredited, four-OR Ambulatory Surgery Center in Orlando.This is an opportunity for an ASC leader who enjoys being close to the operation — developing staff, partnering with physicians and anesthesia providers, driving quality and patient safety, and ensuring the center consistently meets the highest clinical and regulatory standards.What You’ll Lead

• Daily clinical and operational performance of the ASC
• Nursing and clinical staff leadership, development and scheduling
• Quality assurance, patient safety and performance improvement initiatives
• Infection prevention, risk management and emergency preparedness
• Physician, anesthesia provider and vendor relationships
• Accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Supply, equipment and medication management
• Budgeting and operational planning in partnership with leadershipWhat We’re Looking For✓ Current Florida RN license in good standing✓ 3–5+ years of Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience✓ Experience as an ASC Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Manager or Director✓ Demonstrated experience with AAAHC accreditation, AHCA regulatory compliance and CMS Conditions for Coverage✓ Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory reporting, QAPI, infection prevention, incident reporting, accreditation documentation, and state and federal reporting requirements✓ Current BLS and ACLS certifications✓ BSN preferredWhy Ascend Vision Partners?Our mission is to provide quality, accessible and patient-centered eye care.
