Position: Manager – AMC & Vendor Management DepartmentOperations & Administration Location: Noida (Corporate Office)Experience: 5–6 YearsJoining Preference: Immediate Joiners PreferredRole SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Manager – AMC & Vendor Management to manage AMC operations, Freshdesk escalations, vendor coordination, and service delivery across all Physics Wallah centers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SLA management, vendor billing, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.Key Responsibilities✅ Manage end-to-end AMC operations across multiple centers✅ Monitor and ensure timely closure of Freshdesk tickets within SLA✅ Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive maintenance & breakdown resolution✅ Handle escalations and drive quick resolution with minimum TAT✅ Manage AMCs for:Air Conditioning Systems (VRV & Non-VRV)RO SystemsPassenger Lifts✅ Coordinate with leading OEMs:AC: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LGLifts: Johnson, Otis, KONERO: Aquaguard✅ Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance✅ Verify vendor invoices, coordinate PO processing, and support payment releases✅ Prepare MIS reports covering ticket status, SLA compliance, ageing, vendor performance, and billing✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations across all centersWhat We're Looking For✔ 5–6 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC Operations, Vendor Management, or Administration✔ Strong knowledge of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling✔ Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms✔ Experience managing OEMs and multi-location facility operations✔ Expertise in vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination✔ Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities✔ High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
