Join us in shaping the future of AI by leading innovative solutions, driving enterprise-wide adoption, and building high-performing teams that create measurable value across the organisation.Your ResponsibilitiesLead & Inspire a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.Shape AI Strategy by identifying high-value opportunities, defining the Analytics & AI roadmap, and driving responsible AI adoption across the business.Partner with Stakeholders across business and technology functions to transform challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.Drive AI Solutions & Platforms by leading the development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps capabilities.Provide Technical Leadership through hands-on guidance, architectural oversight, and expertise in AI, GenAI, ML, and modern technologies.QualificationsWe are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for driving business value through AI, ML and advanced analytics.Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics, including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.Hands-on technical knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Python, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solutions and measurable outcomes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive change, and collaborate across global teams.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or other industrial environments is a plus.Additional InformationWe offerResponsible challenge with diversified field of activityTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international CompanyPersonal development opportunities through own Inova AcademyOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplinesExcellent employment conditionsAttractive working place (central, good transport links)Modern infrastructureFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
