Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduExperience: 4+ YearsRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in the IVD industry to drive sales growth, expand market presence, manage distributor networks, and achieve revenue and collection targets in the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives across the designated territory.Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, and market development activities to expand the customer base.Appoint, manage, and develop distributors to strengthen market coverage and sales performance.Ensure timely collections from customers and distributors to meet assigned collection targets.Drive RR (Revenue Run Rate) achievements and ensure consistent business growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a science background is preferred.Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the IVD industry (mandatory).Proven experience in territory management, distributor handling, and target achievement.Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
