These services support diverse industries and help clients make informed, data-driven decisions about their real estate assets.JOB LOCATION: RIYADH, KSA Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain asset registers and asset databases.Review asset condition, criticality, and maintenance requirements.Identify asset data gaps, risks, and documentation issues.Coordinate with engineering and hard services teams.Review preventive maintenance plans and asset lifecycle risks.Support CAFM/CMMS systems and asset handover processes.Prepare asset readiness reports and dashboards.Ensure asset documentation and data meet quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5–8 years preferred.Experience in asset management, facilities management, and CAFM/CMMS systems.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn.
