Manager / Asst. Manager - Merchant Banking

Assist in the execution and coordination of Merchant Banking and Debt Capital Markets transactions, including debt issuances, private placements, bonds, and structured debt transactions.Support end-to-end transaction execution, including documentation, due diligence, regulatory compliances, and issue-related activities.Prepare and review transaction-related documents, reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.Assist in the preparation and review of Information Memorandums, offer documents, term sheets, due diligence reports, and other transaction documents.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transaction milestones.Track and monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to debt and Merchant Banking transactions.Support pre-issue, issue, and post-issue activities, including listing, reporting, documentation, and coordination with relevant agencies.Assist in other Merchant Banking / DCM assignments as required by the team.Maintain transaction records and ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and closure of assigned transactionsKey SkillsMerchant Banking | Debt Capital Markets | Bond Issues | Debenture Trustee | SEBI Compliance | Due Diligence | Transaction Execution | Documentation | Stakeholder ManagementPreferred: Candidates who can join at short notice / immediately.
