The resort offers a wide range of leisure, wellness, and children’s facilities, complemented by a diverse selection of award-winning dining experiences.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager Beverage- Food & Beverage to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Develop and curate beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, to reflect the concept, theme, and target clientele of the establishment.Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of products, to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure freshness and quality.Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for beverage staff to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and sales techniques.Ensure quality standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and service, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.Create memorable beverage experiences for guests through personalized recommendations, creative presentations, and attentive service.Drive beverage sales and profitability through effective pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques, while maximizing guest satisfaction.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:6 - 8 years of experience in beverage management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.Certification in beverage management or sommelier training.Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
