The role supports the AD Business Planning & Reporting, under the Business Planning & Analytics department, in transforming data into actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making at senior management level.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the automation of manual reporting processes using SQL, Python, and modern BI tooling, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) delivering clear insights into financial and operational performance.Build and maintain robust data models and automated data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality KPI reporting for senior leadership.Drive in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives across the business.Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business teams to define data requirements, integrate source systems, and ensure data integrity.Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management by developing analytical models and integrating planning data into BI platforms.Establish strong data governance practices, including a single source of truth, data dictionaries, and standardized definitions, to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations for executive management and key stakeholders.Provide insights and respond to senior management queries through ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and special reporting requests.Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security policies, and relevant regulatory reporting standards.Stay abreast of BI, data analytics, and visualization trends and best practices, continuously improving reporting standards and methodologiesPerform any other tasks assigned by Line manager and the Head of Department.Knowledge and ExperienceEducation: BBA/MBA in Finance/ Computer Science/Data Science, or a related discipline.
