Dear Applicants, Homecentre Landmark group, is looking for "Manager - Business Advisory_ Buying" to join our team,Job Title: Manager - Business Advisory_ BuyingExperience: 4-5 years Location: Dubai, UAE (onsite)Manager – Business Advisory_ Buying | Home CentreAbout the RoleThe position holder will be a part of the strategy development and business transformation programmes for the Home Centre business.You will work directly with the CBO on strategic projects across different functions.The role is responsible for providing research and operational support to the leader and supporting management decisions backed by research and analytical insights. The incumbent will gain exposure to the entire retail value chain and all channels, including stores and e-commerce.Key Responsibilities & Overview:Strategic Planning and PartnershipWork as a trusted advisor to the CBO and other leaders to identify initiatives of strategic importance and operational improvements that need to be pursued.Be part of the annual strategic planning process and identify key growth levers.Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support, and interaction with the Landmark Leadership Team.Direct Support to CBOSet the leader's strategic priorities and help identify areas where the leader must direct their focus.Strategically manage the leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities.Prepare agendas for all meetings and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible.Manage information flow to ensure the leader's involvement in projects or decision-making processes at the right moment.Relationship BuilderMust be well-connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organisation to influence outcomes.This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to the role's success.Project ManagementOversee cross-functional and concept-wide projects or initiatives.Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.Research, benchmark, analyse data, and make recommendations.Education, Skills & ExperienceMaster's degree in Business Administration or a similar field from a Tier 1 institute.Only candidates from the batches of 2022 or 2023.4–5 years of Retail or Strategy Consulting experience with one of the top international consulting firms.Ability to work with CBO/CEO-level leaders on corporate projects, especially in a high-growth environment.Exceptional analytical skills to understand the key drivers of the business.Proven success in a project coordination role.Strong communication skills, both in verbal conversations and presentations.Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint presentations and Excel modelling.Strong eye for detail and process orientation.
