Manage overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding debts in a timely manner.

• Create the invoices payment progress in Etimad portal.
• Evaluate compliance with government regulations and policies related to billing, invoicing, and payment collection
• Improve timely processing of payments.
• Reconciling accounts to ensure that payments received match the billed amounts and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
• Monitor and support the customers regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and any other related queries or concerns they may have in a professional and respectful manner.
• Build and maintaining positive relationships with government customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Analyze payment trends, customer behavior, and debt patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to billing, collections, and customer satisfaction to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
