Key Responsibilities

📊 Business Case Development: - Build detailed, data-driven business cases — financial models, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies - Ensure every case aligns with strategic goals and provides crystal-clear recommendations for decision-makers - Support products, solutions architects, and project teams in structuring assumptions that hold up under scrutiny - Present cases to senior leadership and field questions with confidence🤝 Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: - Act as the central liaison between business units, finance, operations, and technology - Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, align expectations, and drive consensus - Build relationships that keep initiatives on track — not just at kickoff, but all the way through📈 Post-Implementation Management: - Track performance against KPIs and objectives — not just at launch, but weeks and months after - Spot gaps early, recommend corrective actions, and drive optimization strategies - Run post-implementation reviews: what worked, what didn't, and what we do differently next time - Derive learnings and feed them back into future business case development📋 Reporting & Governance: - Create executive dashboards and reports that tell the story clearly — no jargon, no noise - Maintain rigorous documentation: business cases, implementation plans, PIRs - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards across all deliverables💡 Continuous Improvement: - Challenge the status quo — identify gaps in workflows, tools, and methodologies - Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to how we build and track cases

Requirements

Education & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline - 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, strategy support, or a comparable analytical role - Proven track record of developing end-to-end business cases with financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessmentTechnical Competencies - Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) - Experience in post-implementation tracking, KPI monitoring, and structured performance reviews - Ability to develop executive-level dashboards and leadership-ready reportsProfessional Attributes - Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working across Finance, Operations, and Product/Technology functions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior management - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyDesirable - PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or equivalent project/business analysis certificationSalary Budget: AED. 8,000 - 13,000
