Location: Stone Mountain, GASchedule: Hybrid — Monday-Friday, with Tuesday-Thursday in office

Employment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $150,000-$180,000About the OpportunityWe are is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to lead the development of reporting, dashboards, data models, and actionable insights across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain.This is an opportunity for a hands-on BI leader who wants to have a direct impact on how an organization uses data to make decisions.

You will partner with senior business leaders and IT to establish trusted reporting, improve data quality, identify business opportunities, and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the BI and analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact and organizational needs.Build and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical models used by leadership and cross-functional teams.Establish consistent metrics, definitions, and reporting to create a single source of truth across the organization.Analyze sales, revenue, profitability, brands, products, and SKUs to identify trends and opportunities.Develop dashboards incorporating shipment, invoice, syndicated, and point-of-sale data.Support S&OP, forecasting, annual operating planning, and performance management through data-driven analysis.Develop production capacity and operational models utilizing OEE and other key performance metrics.Provide visibility into production, scheduling, inventory, warehouse activity, shipping, costs, and yield.Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data integration, quality, and accessibility.Translate complex business questions into analytical solutions and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong experience developing BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models.Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/data visualization platforms.Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.Experience working with data from multiple systems and creating standardized reporting.Strong understanding of data quality, data integration, and reporting methodologies.Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.Preferred: Experience with SQL, ERP/CRM/POS data, manufacturing or supply chain analytics, S&OP, forecasting, production capacity, OEE, or financial planning.Why This Role?This is a highly visible opportunity to help shape the organization's data and BI strategy, while remaining close to the analytics and business problems themselves.
