Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Process TransformationLead transformation initiatives from current-state review to implementationMaintain the transformation roadmap and report progress to managementDesign processes that can be reused across entities2. Sales & Planning ProcessesRedesign order-to-cash, sales operations, and sales reporting processesDesign one integrated planning process (S&OP), from sales planning to manufacturing planningDefine planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and service level3. DigitalizationConvert process designs into business requirements for Internal Developed SoftwareWork with IT through build, testing, and go-live, and lead user acceptance testingDefine Power BI reporting requirements for sales and planning4. Change Implementation & AdoptionLead rollout, training, and communication for new processes and toolsOversee SOPs, work instructions, and formsTrack adoption after go-live and close gaps5. Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack process KPIs and benefits against baselineAudit process compliance and drive corrective actionsBenchmark processes against industry best practice6. Stakeholder ManagementWork with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT across entitiesRun cross-functional workshops to agree on common ways of workingInfluence department heads to secure buy-in7. Other DutiesOther ad-hoc assignments as required by reporting superiorQualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge etc)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 2–4 years of experience in business process improvement, transformation, or digitalizationExperience in sales, sales operations, or planning (sales planning and manufacturing planning) is strongly preferred, ideally in manufacturing or FMCGKnowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, production planning (MPS/MRP), and order-to-cashExperience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, or equivalentExperience writing business requirements for system projectsProficient in Microsoft Visio and Excel; Power BI is an advantageMulti-entity, multi-country experience is an advantage
