Manager Card Products

Job Purpose:Drive the growth and performance of Zand’s card portfolio across Retail, Wealth, and Business Banking. The role oversees the end-to-end card product lifecycle, portfolio performance, customer experience, card scheme relationships, and Bank Identification Number (BIN) Sponsorship partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the Bank’s card portfolio, with a focus on customer engagement, revenue, and profitability.Develop and execute card product strategies, roadmaps, and new propositions.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development and launch through optimization.Lead the SME Debit Card and Retail Wealth Card programs.Monitor key portfolio performance indicators, including card activation, spend, transactions, and profitability.Manage relationships with card schemes, processors, digital wallet providers, and other partners.Drive the growth of the Bank’s BIN Sponsorship business, including partner onboarding and relationship management.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.Key Skills, Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any filed.7+ years of relevant experience in banking, payments, or financial services, with strong exposure to card products and portfolio management.Strong knowledge of card schemes, issuance models, product development, portfolio performance, and profitability.Experience managing card scheme and partner relationships, with exposure to BIN Sponsorship considered an advantage.Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Professional certifications such as CSPO or PMP are an advantage; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
