Manager, Change Management & Continuous Improvement

Qualification & ExperienceMinimum - Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, operations, quality, project coordination with 3 – 5 years of experience in supervisory / team management roles.Added Advantage FactorsProfessional certification in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Change Management, Continuous Improvement methodologies or equivalent.Experience in ISO standards, Kaizen, Lean Management, PDCA or Value Stream / Process MappingExposure to port, logistics, industrial, or operational technology environments.Salary InformationBetween RM9,500 to RM14,000 depending on candidate qualification, experience and added advantage factors.Role & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities (including, but not limited to, the following) :Develop and implement detailed Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) plans across divisions aligned with approved transformation priorities.Map, analyse, and review end-to-end workflows (including leases, contracts, approvals, and reporting) to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and cycle-time reduction opportunities.Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional problem-solving sessions using structured methodologies (VSM, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, Etc.).Lead and coordinate division-level improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of targeted outcomes.Track improvement initiatives, benefit realization (cost savings, productivity gains), and turnaround time improvements, and report progress to Management.Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, templates, process documentation, and control checklists to ensure consistency and reduce dependency on individuals.Maintain a central improvement register and consolidated progress dashboard to monitor project status, risk, and performance impact.Support audit readiness by strengthening process standardization, documentation quality, and compliance controls.Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate effectiveness, sustainability, and control mechanisms.Provide regular performance updates, data analysis, and improvement insights to Management for informed decision-making.
