Working alongside diverse, high-performing teams, you'll have the opportunity to lead complex client engagements, develop innovative solutions, and accelerate your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:As a Manager in the Procurement team, you will lead the delivery of strategic procurement and supply chain transformation projects for leading organisations across multiple industries. You will manage client engagements from strategy through to implementation, overseeing project teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.Additonally, you will:Lead end-to-end procurement transformation programmes, including operating model design, procurement strategy, sustainable sourcing, spend optimisation and digital procurement initiatives.Managing multiple workstreams and project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on procurement strategy and transformation.Coaching, mentoring and developing consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth and project delivery.Identifying new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, client presentations and business development activities.Collaborating with colleagues across different service lines and international teams to deliver integrated solutions.Supporting the continued development of the Procurement Consulting practice through thought leadership, methodology development and internal initiatives.The successful candidate:We're looking for experienced consulting professionals who combine strong analytical capability with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.You will ideally have:5–8+ years of experience in procurement consulting or a procurement leadership role within industry.Experience leading procurement transformation, operating model design, sourcing, cost optimisation or procurement strategy engagements.A Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline (Must)Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and developing junior colleagues.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development, proposal writing and client relationship management.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.Fluency in English; additional European language skills are advantageous (Must)Apply now!
