Strategic Investments, M&A & Corporate DevelopmentWe're looking for a Corporate Development professional to join a lean, high-impact strategy and investments team on supporting senior leadership on M&A, strategic investments, commercial evaluations, investment analysis, and corporate development initiatives across global markets.Our Ideal Profile:4-8 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate finance, valuation, strategic investments, or corporate development, with strong analytical and execution capabilities.Strong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently build models and materials from scratch.Experience supporting strategic investments, M&A transactions, corporate development initiatives, or investment evaluations across multiple sectors.Ability to independently conduct market research, commercial analysis, investment evaluations, and strategic assessments.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to senior stakeholdersWhy Consider This Opportunity?Direct exposure to work with Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership team.High-ownership role with visibility across key business decisions and strategic priorities.Ideal platform for analytically strong, execution-focused professionals who enjoy operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments.Preference for candidates currently based in Singapore with existing work authorization, Permanent Residency (PR), or Singapore Citizenship.
