The Manager will lead consulting engagements from planning through execution, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional project teams, conducting analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The role involves preparing and presenting reports, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives within client organizations. The Manager is expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to business development activities, and help strengthen Impactors’ methodologies and service offerings.QualificationsDemonstrated 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related fields, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable results.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and develop practical recommendations.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and facilitating workshops or working sessions.Proven project management skills, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.Ability to coach, guide, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment.Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting with changing priorities and the need for structured, disciplined execution.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Saudi and regional business environment are highly beneficial.High ethical standards, cultural awareness, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, gender-neutral professional practices.
