RESPONSIBILITIESLead, schedule, and develop Carcierge™ and Vehicle Care Specialist team members, modeling 5-star hospitality and Go Rentals brand standardsSet clear performance expectations and coach team members to achieve revenue, conversion, utilization, and guest experience goalsSupport hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure all team members meet brand and service standardsRecognize strong performance and address performance gaps to maintain a high-performing, accountable team cultureServe as the operational leader on shift, making real-time decisions on staffing, fleet, and guest priorities Drive location revenue through upgrades, conversions, fleet utilization, and proactive partner engagementMonitor daily performance metrics and adjust staffing and operations to meet demand and maximize resultsBuild and maintain relationships with FBOs, hotels, and aviation partners to generate new business opportunitiesSupport local market events and initiatives that elevate brand presenceProvide reporting and insights on location performance to leadership Ensure every vehicle presented is immaculate, brand-ready, and exceeds company standardsEnsure every Guest interaction reflects Go Rentals’ 5-star, personalized service experienceHandle escalated Guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and discretionAudit brand standards, including vehicle presentation, team readiness, and workspace standardsEnsure compliance with rental agreements, safety protocols, and company policies SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, aviation services, vehicle rental, or a related high-touch service environmentPrevious leadership or supervisory experience requiredProven ability to drive revenue, performance metrics, and team results while maintaining exceptional service qualityStrong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysExperience in private aviation, FBO, luxury hotel, or similar environment, preferredFamiliarity with rental systems, scheduling tools, and performance reporting, preferredEstablished relationships within the local luxury travel or aviation community, preferred Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
