Grey Lady on the Lower East Side is looking for a Manager to support daily operations in a high-volume bar.The ideal candidate has a passion for nightlife, a strong understanding of bar operations, and enjoys sports, music and hospitality. You'll help oversee service, assist with private events, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help deliver a consistently great guest experience.Requirements:- 3+ years of management experience at a NYC establishment (ideally downtown)- Strong leadership and guest relations skills- Passion for nightlife and hospitality- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays- Comfortable in high-volume, event-driven environments- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for 10+ hoursSchedule: Thursday – MondaySalary: $75,000-85,000 + performance bonuses
