Manager

Role Description The Manager role at Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN. This role is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members, managing shift schedules, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food and guest service. The Manager oversees cash handling, inventory, and compliance with company standards for cleanliness, safety, and food handling. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, resolving guest concerns, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to sales and profitability goals. The Manager also collaborates with leadership to maintain a positive work environment that reflects Jack’s core values and supports long-term growth.Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback.Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.Operational and organizational skills related to cash handling, inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to safety and food quality standards.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address service issues, resolve conflicts, and support company policies.Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency, including comfort with reporting tools and standard office software.Previous restaurant or retail management experience is preferred; experience in quick-service or fast-casual dining is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for operational demands.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
