• Industrial productsResponsibilitiesLead client engagements: Direct Logistics & Supply Chain Advisory projects; manage scope, workplans, teams, risks and executive stakeholder expectations.Diagnose operations: Conduct process mapping, diagnostic assessments, benchmarking, gap analysis and quantitative modelling to identify performance improvement opportunities.Develop logistics strategies: Design distribution networks covering warehouse locations, inventory placement, transportation modes, service levels and cost-to-serve trade-offs.Design future-ready warehouses: Define material flows, layouts, storage strategies, operating processes, labour models and automation roadmaps for greenfield and brownfield facilities.Enable digital and technology transformation: Shape WMS and TMS platform requirements and support solution selection, process design, configuration, testing, deployment and stabilisation.Drive implementation and change: Facilitate workshops and training, support client teams through rollout, monitor post-implementation performance and embed continuous improvement.Deliver integrated solutions: Collaborate with PwC specialists in technology, operations and risk, and liaise with client IT and business teams to align process, data and system decisions.Advance thought leadership: Track developments in automation, IoT, AI, analytics and sustainability, and contribute to PwC methodologies, intellectual property and market propositions.Develop people and networks: Coach team members, provide purposeful assignments, mobilise relevant expertise and build trusted relationships across client and PwC teams.Uphold professional standards: Demonstrate sound judgement, bring a global perspective and comply with PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.Mandatory SkillsDeep expertise in integrated logistics, transportation and warehousing transformation within a Logistics & Supply Chain Advisory context.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material flows, storage strategies, inventory management and supply chain optimisation.Hands-on experience designing technology- and automation-led warehouses in greenfield and brownfield environments.Experience developing logistics network strategies and using data, analytics or supply chain modelling to support recommendations.Proven capability to lead complex programmes, multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams in client-facing environments.Experience with WMS and TMS platforms, including SAP EWM, Manhattan, Oracle Transportation Management or comparable solutions.Understanding of the full technology implementation lifecycle, including requirements, solution selection, process design, testing, deployment and change management.Experience delivering digital and technology-enabled logistics and supply chain transformation in sectors such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, automotive or industrial products.Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem solving.Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and operational teams.Proven experience leading change adoption through stakeholder workshops, training, team coaching and post-implementation support.Ability to develop business cases and evaluate cost-to-serve, service-level, labour and automation trade-offs for logistics and warehousing investments.Working knowledge of emerging digital supply chain capabilities, including IoT, AI-enabled operations and sustainability considerations.Ability to travel in line with client engagement requirements.Preferred SkillsPrior consulting experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Advisory, operations or technology-enabled transformation.Experience in other areas of supply chain advisory; procurement or supply chain planning.Experience contributing to proposals, market offerings, intellectual property or thought leadership.Experience3 - 12 yearsEducationB.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. in engineering or a related discipline; MBA, MCA or a postgraduate qualification in supply chain, logistics, operations or business is preferred.What PwC OffersOpportunity to lead transformative Logistics & Supply Chain Advisory programmes for leading organisations across industries.Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and access to global PwC capabilities.Structured learning, coaching and professional development.An inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and responsible business conduct.
