We want to talk to you.London Parkour School (part of Parkour Generations, Canary Wharf) is looking for a Manager-Coach to lead our kids programme and coaching team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches at the highest level and knows how to bring a team up to that same standard.What you'll be doing:Coaching a minimum of 15 hours a week, leading by example on the floorLeading and developing the coaching team, keeping classes running smoothly and consistentlyOwning student progression: levels, wristbands, certificates, Test WeekBeing the face of the school: welcoming new members, building community, handling the day-to-dayKeeping the gym safe, clean, and running properlyUpholding our safeguarding standards and Codes of Conduct across every classWhat we're looking for: A coach with real parkour and movement pedigree, who has led or is ready to lead a team, and who understands that working with kids is a responsibility as much as a craft.
