Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeManage corporate development and agility initiatives by implementing frameworks, systems, and programs that strengthen organizational agility and performance. Ensure alignment of development priorities with strategic goals, oversee continuous improvement, and drive capability-building, innovation, and best-practice adoption across RTA sectors. Identify and promote innovative practices that improve institutional effectiveness and efficiency, aligned with resilience and agility principles.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelop and govern the Corporate Development & Agility (CDA) system, including policies, work models, and mechanisms, with cross-unit coordination and implementation oversight.Design, implement, and execute change management plans that guide the organisation through transitions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimising resistance.Engage stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and support during change. Communicate clearly about the necessity, benefits, and impacts to secure buy-in and commitment.Conduct risk assessments for upcoming changes, identifying challenges and developing mitigation strategies to minimise operational disruption.Provide executive reports to management and stakeholders on change progress, outcomes, and insights to support ongoing improvement and informed decisions.Establish and steer the RTA-wide CDA roadmap; coordinate with agencies and sectors; ensure execution and periodic reporting.Define and approve organizational agility groups, objectives, and support mechanisms to secure intended results.Prioritize corporate development areas aligned to global and future trends; mandate initiatives with departments and track implementation.Align the organizational change management system with strategy, best practices, challenges, and opportunities.Restructure departmental operations within the CDA system in line with strategy and future directions, coordinating with organizational units.OperationsLead enterprise-wide change programmes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimising operational impact.Develop and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and tools to adapt to new processes, technologies, and structures, empowering a mindset of continuous improvement.Assess change initiatives by analyzing feedback and data to measure success and identify improvement areas.Establish cross-sector squads and tribes to enhance resilience and agility, driving accountability and delivering results.Integrate AI-enabled decision support systems to enhance strategic direction and execution.Govern analysis of strategic and operational performance indicators using advanced quantitative and qualitative tools; ensure reporting on trends, gaps, and improvements.Ensure implementation and closure of corrective actions from internal audits and quality systems; validate evidence and reporting to approved standards.Enforce effective change management requirements to avoid negative impacts during the transformation of projects, services, and functions.Product / Process ImprovementInstitutionalize process re-engineering and optimization cycles, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digitization recommendations.Continuously measure agility maturity; identify improvement areas aligned with business needs; enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.Optimize processes through structured mapping and improvement cycles to sustain CDA targets and outcomes.Job Qualifications & RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Strategic ManagementExperience:12+ years in case of Master’s degree/14+ years in case of Bachelor’s degreeQualification: Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci/ACMP, Certified Agile Practitioner, AI Model Governance, Excellence Model Assessor, EFQM/Baldrige
