Evince Group is looking for Manager-Corporate HRJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company`s goals and enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity.Prepare manpower planning and HR budget, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.To develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company`s goals and values.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees across various departments.Manage and enhance the performance management system to drive continuous improvement, employee development, and goal achievement.Develop and execute employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong company culture.Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees` skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and succession planning.Identify training needs, design relevant training modules, and collaborate with internal or external trainers to deliver impactful training sessions.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.Ensure HRIS are in smooth operation.Coordinating with Function HR team for smooth HR operation.Any other task as assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementPGDHRMSkills Required: Industrial Relations, Stress Management, Communication and interpersonal skill, Labor Law, Dispute Resolution Skills, Adaptability and Resilience, Collaboration and TeamworkExperience Requirements10 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,TextileJob LocationDhaka (Nikunja)
