Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB OBJECTIVEThe Corporate Strategy Manager supports the development, execution and performance management of AMMROC’s corporate strategy and long-term Business Plan. The role is responsible for coordinating strategic planning, corporate performance, business transformation initiatives, strategic and financial analysis, market and competitive intelligence, capability assessments, and the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Working closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, the Corporate Strategy Manager translates strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, measurable targets and management recommendations. The role provides analytical and decision support for growth, capability development, investment and business improvement opportunities, while supporting the preparation of high-quality strategic materials for Executive Management, the Board and shareholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Planning & Business PlanningCoordinate the development and periodic refresh of AMMROC’s corporate strategy and five-year Business Plan / LRP.Translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, initiatives and performance targets.Monitor performance against the approved Business Plan and strategic KPIs, analyze material variances and coordinate required management actions.Develop strategic scenarios and recommendations supporting long-term growth and profitability.Business Transformation & Performance ImprovementLead and coordinate cross-functional business transformation and performance improvement initiatives.Identify and assess opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, asset utilization and organizational effectiveness.Establish initiative objectives, KPIs, milestones and expected benefits, and oversee the delivery and benefits realization of strategic and transformation initiatives.Support implementation and change management to ensure sustainable business outcomes.Strategic Analysis & Market IntelligenceDevelop strategic, financial and operational analyses to support key management and investment decisions.Prepare business cases and assess opportunities based on strategic fit, market potential and expected returns.Monitor aerospace, defense and MRO market trends, customers, OEMs, competitors and relevant industry developments.Benchmark AMMROC and provide actionable insights supporting growth, capability development and investment decisions.Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of AMMROC’s BCMS.Coordinate Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Plans, risk assessments and continuity exercises with functional owners.Monitor BCMS readiness, risks, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.Coordinate BCMS management reviews, audits and certification/surveillance activities, as applicable.Support organizational preparedness, response and recovery during significant business disruptions.Executive, Board & Shareholder SupportPrepare strategic presentations, dashboards, business cases and decision papers for Executive Management.Support Board, shareholder and other strategic governance reviews.Translate complex business information into clear, fact-based management insights and recommendations.Support senior management on priority strategic initiatives and special projects.Team Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementManage and develop Corporate Strategy personnel and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Lead cross-functional teams supporting strategy, transformation and BCMS initiatives.Build effective relationships across functions and promote analytical rigor, collaboration and accountability.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIESMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategic Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.Professional certifications in Strategic Management, Project Management, Business Continuity Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or related disciplines are advantageous.Minimum ExperienceMinimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, management consulting, corporate development, finance, business planning or related disciplines.Experience in developing multi-year business plans, strategic and financial analysis, corporate performance management, business transformation initiatives and executive-level reporting is preferred.Experience or working knowledge of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), Business Impact Analysis, continuity planning and ISO 22301 principles is advantageous.Experience within aerospace, defense, aviation MRO or another complex industrial environment is highly desirable.Job-Specific SkillsStrong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with business cases, financial analysis and corporate performance management.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with senior stakeholders.Strong executive communication, presentation and structured problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and organizational resilience is advantageous.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise executive-level presentations, reports and management recommendations. Arabic language capability is preferred.High degree of discretion when handling sensitive corporate, commercial and defense-related information.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively within demanding timelines; demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and a strong results orientation.
