Manager, Credit Approver – Large Corporate Banking

ResponsibilitiesReview and approve credit applications for large corporate clients, including general corporates, funds, and cross-border lending transactions.Conduct independent credit analysis on financials, cash flow, industry risks, and transaction structures.Assess bilateral loans, syndicated facilities, revolving credits, term loans, and fund financing transactions.Partner with Relationship Managers and business teams to structure credit facilities within the Bank's risk appetite.Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.Minimum 8 years' experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Credit Approval, or Credit Analysis.Open to Relationship Managers / Front Office bankers with strong credit underwriting experience.Solid knowledge of large corporate lending, financial statement analysis, and credit risk assessment.Exposure to fund financing, syndicated loans, and overseas lending facilities is highly preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage.Preferred BackgroundsCredit Approver / Credit Risk ManagerCorporate Banking RM / Senior RMCredit Analyst (Large Corporate)Syndicated Finance or Structured Finance professionalInterested parties please "apply" or send your resume to w.chung@gravitasgroup.com
