Manager Data Management

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis & Data Management Manager to lead business analysis and data management activities by building reliable data structures, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.The role will be responsible for improving data quality, developing dashboards, preparing performance reports, and providing analytical recommendations that enhance business performance and support management objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee data collection from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.Design and develop an integrated data management framework aligned with organizational standards and best practices.Establish policies and procedures for data governance, data quality, data security, and data integrity.Build organized databases that enable efficient access to information when required.Use advanced analytical tools and statistical models to analyze business performance data.Identify patterns, trends, gaps, and variances in data and translate them into actionable insights.Conduct comparative and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.Develop innovative analytical models that improve understanding of business performance and KPIs.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytical reports to highlight performance trends.Design interactive dashboards that reflect key business performance indicators.Present analytical reports in a clear and visual format that supports decision-making.Identify areas requiring improvement and include recommendations in management reports.Provide senior management with insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.Participate in planning meetings and present analytical input where required.Translate complex data into practical and clear business recommendations.Coordinate with departments to identify analytical needs and provide relevant data solutions.Define data quality standards and implement regular review and validation mechanisms.Improve data management processes in line with organizational policies and standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data management, or business intelligence.Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.Good knowledge of analytical programming languages and databases such as Python, R, and SQL.Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data.Ability to connect data insights with business objectives.Strong reporting, dashboard design, and presentation skills.Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
