This position involves overseeing a team dedicated to creating a unified data environment, enhancing data governance, and driving strategic KPI alignment across multiple business units. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making at an enterprise level.Expected Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annuallyResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 3–4 analytics professionals focused on data products and modernization projectsDefine and implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality and complianceCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutionsDevelop and oversee data models and dashboards to support strategic decision-makingCreate a unified data environment by consolidating multiple dashboards and KPIs into a single, accurate source of truthEnsure consistent measurement of KPIs across sales, finance, and other departmentsImplement automation and optimize data workflows to increase efficiency and accuracyApply Python, SQL, and Power BI to develop data solutions and conduct hands-on data analysisManage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectivelyDrive continuous improvement in data processes and tools aligned with organizational goalsDesired Skill-SetProven experience managing data products, data governance, and analytics teamsStrong stakeholder management and customer experience skills, especially in call center or back-office environmentsDeep understanding of KPI measurement and its impact on business operationsExtensive hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BIAbility to balance team leadership with technical hands-on contributions (50/50)Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilitiesNice to HaveFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric and data platform toolsKnowledge of AI and machine learning applications in analyticsExperience working on enterprise-wide data modernization projectsBeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
