Role – Mgr Data Reporting and AnalyticsExp- 9-12 YearsMust have skills:4 years of experience in statistical analysis & modeling.4 years of hands-on machine learning experience.4 years of programming experience (preferably Python).3 years of experience in SQL/Data Extraction & Data Manipulation.2 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong expertise in voice analytics (Plus)Responsibilities:Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.Perform advanced statistical inference, experimentation (A/B testing), and model evaluation.Analyze voice and call center data to generate actionable business insights.Develop dashboards and visualizations to present analytical findings.Translate business problems into analytical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Present complex analytical findings to business and executive leadership in a simple and impactful manner.Work independently with strong ownership and manage multiple priorities.Support transition/change management initiatives through analytics and data-driven decision-making.Demonstrate continuous learning and stay updated with emerging data science and AI technologies.Good to have skills:Healthcare
