Manager - Development

The Manager, Development is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and delivery of assigned assets, districts, or projects throughout the development lifecycle. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, design, commercial requirements, implementation planning, and stakeholder expectations while supporting the achievement of project milestones, budget targets, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day development activities for assigned projects from concept through deliveryCoordinate with design, project delivery, commercial, finance, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project progressionSupport the preparation and review of feasibility studies, business cases, development briefs, and investment appraisalsManage project schedules, development budgets, and key development milestonesMonitor project risks and develop mitigation plans to address schedule, cost, and delivery challengesReview design submissions and ensure alignment with approved development objectivesCoordinate internal approvals and stage gate submissionsManage external consultants and service providers to ensure timely delivery of project requirementsSupport procurement activities and consultant appointments related to development projectsPrepare executive reports, presentations, and development updates for senior managementBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, consultants, operators, and investorsEnsure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and development proceduresRequirementsBachelor's degree in real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field8-12 years of experience in real estate development, project development, infrastructure development, or large-scale mixed-use developmentsExperience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholdersExperience working on major development, giga-project, or master-planned communities is preferred
