JOB PURPOSE:The Manager, Digital Service Monitoring is responsible for ensuring the stability, visibility, and continuous availability of Saudia's critical digital platforms. The role oversees service performance across the digital ecosystem, strengthens vendor accountability, aligns with security monitoring, and ensures fast engineering response when incidents impact customers or business operations.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technicaldiscipline.SKILLS:Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Business Skills and Understanding: Understanding of the business environment and relationships and what is required to develop and sustain these.
