Manager – Electrical Implementation

Since 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.We are seeking a Manager – Electrical Implementation to oversee the delivery of electrical systems across data center projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The role coordinates contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage end-to-end electrical implementation across data center projects.Oversee HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS, and generators.Ensure electrical works meet design, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.Monitor site progress and alignment with project milestones.Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.Coordinate electrical interfaces with other engineering disciplines.Resolve technical and constructability issues with project stakeholders.Manage electrical contractors, consultants, vendors, and specialists.Monitor installations, inspections, NCRs, defects, and punch-list closure.Identify project risks, delays, and site constraints and drive corrective actions.Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.Ensure systems meet reliability, resilience, and operational requirements.Coordinate documentation, training, handover, reporting, and project controls.Monitor budgets, costs, changes, and financial performance, escalating variances.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.8+ years of relevant electrical engineering, construction, or project implementation experience.Experience in data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, transformers, and switchgear.Experience in power distribution, electrical construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.Strong contractor management, technical review, and problem-solving skills.Effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration.Strong focus on quality, safety, and results.
