Role: Lead / Sr. Lead – Service Delivery

Location: Jeddah, KSAWe are open to profiles at Lead or Senior Lead Service Delivery level with 8+ years of relevant experience, particularly in client handling and Digital Workplace / End User Computing (EUC) services.

Strong End User Services (EUS) backgroundExperience in Digital Workplace OperationsAsset ManagementVulnerability ManagementService Desk OperationsEUC Support ServicesITIL knowledge/certification preferredSLA/KPI ManagementTeam handling experience (8-10+ members)Strong operational and technology management exposureDirect client interaction and escalation management experiencePrior experience supporting customers in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage
