The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spacesAbout the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join one of the outlets of Jumeirah Mina Al Salam The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Manage and program BMS systems to ensure accurate operation of temperature, lighting, and building facilities. Plan and coordinate BMS upgrades, reprogramming, and hardware/software installations to improve efficiency and achieve energy savings. Coordinate preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems through effective BMS management. Monitor BMS performance, data, and system values, identifying opportunities for operational and cost-efficiency improvements. Ensure proper maintenance, functionality, and compliance of BMS systems with operational standards. Ensure adherence to HSE procedures, departmental policies, and Jumeirah standards, providing guidance to the team and maintaining consistent service quality.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities. Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
