The role supports digital transformation, innovation and strategic partnerships while ensuring effective technology governance, resilience and sustainable management of RTA's technology investments and capabilities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelop RTA’s enterprise architecture vision in alignment with the Digital Strategy, governmental directives, and emerging technology trends.Oversee the creation and rigorous review of enterprise architecture baselines and target models, guaranteeing strategic coherence throughout technology transitions.Enhance and enforce technology governance standards and principles to optimise benefits and ensure long-term sustainability.Champion the formulation of a forward-looking technology roadmap that incorporates future foresight and drives innovative, disruptive solutions for RTA.Lead the Corporate Architecture Review Team to validate architectural decisions, ensuring strict adherence to RTA’s strategic plans, standards, and enterprise architecture best practices.Shape policy development and compliance frameworks with high impact on risk management and strategic direction, ensuring enterprise architecture supports organisational governance and regulatory requirements.OperationsOversee Establish and govern an enterprise architecture repository in collaboration with agencies and sectors to ensure system consistency and traceability.Direct demand analysis, business case development, and requirements policies to align business strategies with technology solutions effectively.Oversee supplier selection, tendering, and procurement processes for enterprise architecture consulting, ensuring contractual compliance and performance monitoring through KPIs.Exercise budgetary influence by managing financial resources prudently and ensuring cost-effective delivery of enterprise architecture initiatives.Oversee Maintain and optimise a comprehensive service catalogue for enterprise architecture, ensuring service level agreements are met, diagnosing issues proactively, and driving corrective actions.Oversee Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate contingency plans to mitigate risks impacting enterprise architecture delivery.Product/Process ImprovementDrive continuous enhancements to enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies by integrating stakeholder feedback and benchmarking against global best practices.Provide authoritative guidance on enterprise architecture, project management, and governance standards to elevate digital capability maturity across RTA.Facilitate the integration of emerging innovations aimed at minimising total cost of ownership and extending asset lifecycle reliability.Foster cross-agency accountability by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture governance and delivery across organisational boundaries.Lead people development and capability building initiatives, mentoring teams and cultivating a high-performance culture within the enterprise architecture function.Job Qualifications & RequirementsEducation : bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering or information system'Experience : 12+ years in case of master’s degree (14+ years in case of bachelor’s degree) in related fieldCertifications: TOGAF Certified (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Project Management Professional (PMP)
