Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced Manager, ESG Advisory to lead ESG consulting engagements and support clients in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, reporting frameworks, governance structures, and performance management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesESG Advisory & StrategyLead the development of ESG and sustainability strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.Conduct ESG assessments, benchmarking exercises, materiality assessments, and gap analyses.Advise clients on ESG risks, opportunities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Support organizations in integrating ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.Sustainability Reporting & DisclosuresLead sustainability reporting projects aligned with frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD/ESRS.Develop ESG disclosure strategies and reporting readiness assessments.Establish ESG data governance processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.Coordinate stakeholder engagement and data validation for reporting purposes.Climate & Sustainability PerformanceSupport climate risk and opportunity assessments.Contribute to decarbonization strategies, climate action plans, and transition initiatives.Monitor ESG performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.Client & Project ManagementManage multiple ESG consulting engagements from project initiation to final delivery.Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.Support business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.Technical LeadershipMaintain awareness of evolving ESG regulations, disclosure standards, and sustainability trends.Contribute to the development of REEF's ESG methodologies, tools, and service offerings.Mentor and develop junior team members.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.Master's degree is preferred.8-10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability consulting, strategy advisory, or related disciplines.Proven experience delivering ESG strategy, materiality assessments, sustainability reporting, and ESG implementation projects.Strong experience managing client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030, Saudi Green Initiative, and PIF ESG expectations is advantageous.Experience with ESG data platforms, Power BI, carbon accounting tools, and sustainability software is a plus.Arabic language skills are advantageous.Preferred CertificationsGRI Certified Sustainability ProfessionalCFA ESG CertificateSASB FSA CredentialIFRS Sustainability / ISSB CertificationLEED AP, WELL AP, or Mostadam APPMP or equivalent project management certification
