Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:Manage the day-to-day performance, availability, and utilization of the EV fleet supporting last-mile deliveries, ensuring high vehicle uptime and readiness across all delivery hubs and darkstores.Monitor vehicle health, range efficiency, and operational metrics, and establish processes for EV allocation, rider assignment, and fleet rotation.Oversee the deployment, capacity planning, and maintenance of charging infrastructure, ensuring alignment with rider shifts and operational demand while optimizing charging schedules to minimize downtime and electricity costs.Coordinate with facility teams and external vendors to support infrastructure upgrades and ensure reliable charging operations.Manage relationships with EV manufacturers, battery providers, charging vendors, and leasing partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements related to vehicle availability, maintenance, and warranty claims.Lead procurement initiatives and vendor negotiations to support EV fleet expansion and cost optimization.Implement preventive maintenance programs, monitor repair turnaround times and maintenance costs, and work with service partners to resolve issues quickly and minimize fleet downtime.Support leadership in scaling the EV fleet and evaluate emerging technologies to help develop a long-term roadmap for sustainable last-mile mobility.What you'll need:Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field5-7 years of experience in logistics, consulting, engineering, or delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or last-mile logisticsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational performanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholdersGood analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheetsGood communication and coordination skillsCapable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortablyAbility to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
