Manager Facilities Management

We are looking for an experienced FM Manager to oversee daily facilities management operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services in line with company standards, client requirements, KPIs, and SLAs. The role will be responsible for leading operational teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily facilities management operations.Lead and coordinate FM teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.Monitor service delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.Oversee maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and other FM services.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and service providers.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure operational standards are maintained.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.Handle operational issues, complaints, and corrective actions.Prepare regular operational and performance reports.Support manpower planning, onboarding, training, and staff development.Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations Management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good knowledge of FM operations, KPIs, and SLAs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
