Operating under the Make in India initiative, the company delivers high-quality, reliable, and scalable technology solutions for government, PSUs, corporates, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Manager Finance & Accounts role based in Delhi. The Manager Finance & Accounts will oversee the company's financial, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and inventory accounting activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective internal controls.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.Monitor bank reconciliations, cash flow, working capital, payments, and receivables.Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Ensure timely GST return filing, GST reconciliation, ITC verification, and other GST compliance.Handle TDS and other applicable statutory compliances and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.Oversee store and inventory accounting, including stock reconciliation, inventory valuation, and inward/outward material records.Coordinate periodic physical stock verification and reconcile stock with accounting/ERP records.Work closely with the purchase, store, production, sales, and management teams.Monitor costing, margins, profitability, and support commercial and business decisions.Maintain proper financial controls, accounting records, and supporting documentation.Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and other external stakeholders.Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team and improve accounting processes.QualificationsStrong knowledge of finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Experience in general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial closing.Knowledge of GST filing, GST reconciliation, ITC, TDS, and statutory compliance.Experience in inventory/store accounting, stock reconciliation, inventory valuation, and physical stock verification.Understanding of costing, pricing, margins, and commercial terms.Proven team management and leadership skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA, CMA, or MBA Finance is an advantage.Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel.Experience in a manufacturing, OEM, IT hardware, electronics, or inventory-based organization will be preferred.
