Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Red Sea Sports & Entertainment – Where Nature Meets Elevated Adventure!Job PurposeTo manage RSSE's day-to-day financial operations, reporting and budget control across all its brands and activities. The role works under the direction of the Cluster Manager – Finance. It makes sure transactions are recorded accurately and controls are in place, in line with IFRS, company policies and the Delegation of Authority (DoA). It also gives management timely financial information to support decisions.Job ResponsibilitiesManage RSSE's day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, cash and bank reconciliations.Run the month-end and year-end close in SAP, including accruals, GR/IR, vendor advances and unbilled revenue. Submit the closing files to the Senior Manager for review.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analysis for RSSE as a whole and for each brand.Prepare the annual budget and forecasts with the brand and operations teams, and submit them for review and approval.Monitor OPEX and CAPEX against the approved budget, and escalate any overruns or requests that have no budget.Before anything goes for approval, check PRs, invoices and payments against the approved POs, WCCs and the DoA.Make sure Finance reviews pricing, packages and commercial agreements, and that they are approved under the DoA.Prepare intercompany recharges and reconciliations with RSG entities and partners, and follow up on collections.Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/ZATCA and internal control requirements.Support internal and external audits, and follow up until audit findings are closed.Prepare financial analysis, ROI assessments and dashboards to support management decisions.Support CAPEX tracking and keep the fixed asset register accurate.Supervise and develop the RSSE finance team, including Specialists and Senior Specialists.Managerial ResponsibilitiesProvide input to the Department's strategy from the Section's point of view, in line with RSSE's vision and mission.Help develop the Section's objectives, KPIs and operational plans, and make sure targets are met.Contribute to budget preparation and monitor financial performance.Put finance policies and procedures in place and make sure they are followed.Make sure the Section is properly staffed and its people are developed, in coordination with higher management.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in hospitality, tourism or entertainment is preferred.CPA, CMA or SOCPA preferred.Strong SAP experience (FI/CO).
