With its avant -garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave -shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail -inspired Jumeirah Burj Al ArabAbout the JobThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Lead the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for Community and Owners Associations, providing strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives.Manage service charge budgets and financial operations, including expenditure monitoring, collections, accounts payable, cash flow oversight, and variance analysis, ensuring effective cost control and alignment with approved budgets.Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, IFRS standards, company policies, and statutory requirements by coordinating budget approvals, audits, escrow account reviews, regulatory submissions, and stakeholder reporting.Oversee the preparation, review, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely decision-making support.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team by establishing performance expectations, driving accountability, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, operational teams, regulators, auditors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders while providing financial insights, supporting tax compliance activities, and responding to business-critical requirements.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional qualification, MBA, or Master’s degree is preferred.Experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance management.Strong understanding of RERA regulations, IFRS standards, service charge accounting, and audit processes.Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a community management or property-related environment.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
