Develop and maintain financial models and analyses across revenues, costs, and funding requirementsSupport development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and business cases for City servicesConduct economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structures, and impact assessmentsSupport definition of funding requirements and phasing, including scenario analysisProvide financial inputs into strategy, operating model, and business planningTrack and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across workstreamsCoordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure consistency of financial outputsSupport high-level design of finance governance, system and data requirement planning, including inputs on data structures, reporting processes and system needsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantageProven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business planning, or corporate finance within complex organizations or large-scale development projects6+ relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or economic analysis
