Manager, Finance US & Canada

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Manager to join the PETRONAS team and lead Finance operations across the United States and Canada, ensuring financial performance, governance, compliance, and business support.Responsibilities and AssignmentsManage treasury, cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities;Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis;Oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, and tax compliance;Coordinate internal and external audits;Ensure compliance with PETRONAS policies, governance, and internal control requirements;Support risk management initiatives and continuous process improvements;Act as SAP Key User, supporting system enhancements and business needs;Lead and develop the Finance team while partnering with key stakeholders.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field;Strong experience in Finance roles;Strong knowledge of Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Planning;Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Power BI knowledge;SAP FI/CO experience.Preferred QualificationsPostgraduate Degree or MBA;Leadership experience in multinational environments;SAP implementation experience;Intermediate Spanish.
