In this essential role, you will contribute to our financial strategy by supporting planning processes and delivering actionable insights that guide the company's decision-making.As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial plans, conducting forecasting processes, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure that Qiddiya is on track to meet its objectives. This includes collaborating closely with various teams to ensure financial alignment and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial targets align with the overall strategic goals of the organizationPerform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvementPrepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clarity on financial performance and support decision-makingCollaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans that support business operations and strategic prioritiesAssist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategiesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reportingStay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya's financial strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldAdvanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar field, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sectorProficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
