Manager-Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Essential Qualifications:CA / CPA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Essential Experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit. Strong audit background with Big 4 or large audit firm experience preferred. Hands-on experience preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements. Experience in consolidation accounting for complex group structures. Good understanding of investment accounting, including subsidiaries, associates, joint ventures, and fair value investments. Experience supporting external audits. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly: IFRS 10 Consolidated Financial Statements IAS 28 Investments in Associates and Joint Ventures IFRS 9 Financial Instruments IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement Working knowledge of consolidation systems, preferably Oracle FCCS. Advanced Excel skills. Exposure to eFront, Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, or other financial reporting systems is advantageous. Preferred Experience Experience within sovereign wealth funds, private equity, asset management, investment holding companies, or large multinational groups. Exposure to platform accounting and investment structures. Experience dealing with complex ownership structures, restructurings, and reporting entities Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. Ability to interpret complex transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple reporting streams. Note: The successful candidate may be assigned to Financial Reporting, Group Consolidation, FCCS Reporting, or Platform Accounting activities depending on business priorities and resource requirements.
