About VinningVinning is a luxury-focused growth and digital experience company working across brand strategy, digital growth, technology, influence, and premium consumer experiences.We are now building the next phase of Vinning in the UAE and are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Manager – Founder’s Office to work directly with the Founder.This is a business-building role, not an administrative position.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch UAE and Middle East market opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.Help refine Vinning’s positioning, services, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.Build and manage a target database of premium and luxury brands.Identify decision-makers and support outreach, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.Prepare business presentations, credentials, case studies, and pitch materials.Maintain CRM, opportunity pipeline, and weekly business reviews.Coordinate freelancers, partners, and specialist resources for pilot projects.Support the Founder on strategic initiatives and take ownership from idea to execution.Analyse client feedback to recommend which services and teams Vinning should build next.Ideal Candidate3–6 years in Founder’s Office, consulting, agency strategy, business development, startups, or growth roles.Strong research, commercial, and analytical skills.Excellent presentation and communication ability.Comfortable working with founders and senior decision-makers.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.Understanding of digital marketing, branding, luxury, or consumer businesses is preferred.
