Our transformative programs are a driving force to achieving Vision 2030, as well as leading the world towards regenerative tourism.Join RSG and be part of the positive change for Saudi Arabia and the world.Job PurposeManage governance delivery for the assigned corporate portfolio to maintaining governance structures, policy compliance and delegation of authority arrangements.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic / Core ResponsibilitiesManage the development of Section or Unit plans and key performance indicators, ensuring they are clearly derived from departmental strategies.Lead the preparation of annual operating plans and detailed budgets for the Section or Unit, aligning resources with planned activities.Organize the implementation of strategic projects, process changes and initiatives within the Section or Unit, translating plans into executable work programs.Supervise adherence to departmental policies, procedures and standards, ensuring operations support broader strategic and compliance requirements.Monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets, analyzing results and recommending adjustments to plans, priorities or processes.Improve local processes, tools and reporting mechanisms to increase operational effectiveness and visibility of progress against strategic objectives.Coordinate governance arrangements for the assigned portfolio, including committee support, decision rights and governance calendars, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Coordinate policy compliance within the assigned portfolio, tracking adoption, review dates and exceptions, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Coordinate delegation of authority schedules for the assigned portfolio, verifying authority levels against approved limits, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Coordinate governance committee papers, agendas, minutes and decision logs to the required standard.Deliver governance records and registers for the assigned portfolio, ensuring completeness and auditability.Coordinate conflict of interest and disclosure declarations within the assigned portfolio, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Deliver governance compliance within the assigned portfolio, escalating deviations to the section leader.Improve governance guidance and templates tailored to portfolio requirements.Deliver governance assessments and maturity reviews within the assigned portfolio, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Coordinate with the Legal Division on portfolio-level statutory matters, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Monitor on governance compliance, records status and outstanding actions, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.Coordinate on delivery status, risks and resource requirements, escalating issues that affect agreed timelines or standards, to reinforce transparent decision-making, accountability and adherence to approved authorities.People ManagementManage day-to-day people activities for the Section or Unit, including allocation of work, oversight of attendance and adherence to people policies.Lead performance management for team members, setting objectives, providing regular feedback and completing formal performance reviews.Organize learning and development opportunities for team members, identifying skills gaps and recommending suitable training and exposure.Supervise recruitment and onboarding within the Section or Unit, supporting selection decisions and ensuring effective integration of new joiners.Monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and conduct within the team, addressing issues promptly and escalating when necessary.Improve team communication by holding regular meetings, sharing updates and encouraging open dialogue and feedback.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or Corporate Governance, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years, including a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. Corporate governance framework design and committee secretariat management. Policy architecture, delegation of authority and governance maturity assessment. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and structured decision-making.
