This position is responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, reviewing eligibility requirements, and managing the complete tendering process from documentation to submission. The manager will coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance information, prepare pre-qualification documents, and ensure timely, accurate responses to government bids. Daily work includes monitoring tender portals, maintaining tender and PQ documentation, tracking submission deadlines, and following up on bid status and clarifications. The role also involves building relationships with government agencies and stakeholders, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and contributing to strategies that improve the success rate of bids and pre-qualification applications.Qualifications Proven experience in government tender management, bid preparation, and pre-qualification processes within construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.Strong skills in documentation, compliance review, and contract interpretation, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to analyze tender requirements, prepare cost and technical proposals in coordination with cross-functional teams, and meet strict deadlines.Solid understanding of government procurement procedures, applicable regulations, and standard tendering practices in Nepal.Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with government officials, partners, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tender portals and digital document management.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capability to handle multiple tenders and PQ submissions simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
